Materials

The manufacturers of our siding and continuous alluminum building materials have a limited lifetime warranty. Our suppliers guarantee copper material for 10 years. The tough siding and guttering materials we've selected have proven themselves in cold and hot extremes as well as wind, rain and ice.

Workmanship

All D&B; installations are warranted for two year from the date of installation. Installers are not contracted, but are experienced, dedicated employees committed to your satisfaction. We will repair or replace any part necessary if it is a direct result of faulty workmanship or faulty materials. We do not cover damage due to neglect or lack of proper maintenance. We do not cover damages that have occurred from abuse or acts of nature.
